I am alway impressed with the dream homes HGTV comes up with. I happened to catch the tour of the 2012 home on TV. Of course, it has my tastes written all over it. I love the location. Our first trip to Utah was so impressive that we actually bought a piece of property in Panguitch!!! Normally, we are very conservative and do not make hasty decisions; but we couldn't resist not purchasing property there. Life sort of got in the way; you know, college tuitions and such; and we had to sell the property. But I want to tell you that daydreaming of life in Utah was worth every dime of that investment and we never, ever regretted our decision to jump in with 4 feet and buy a piece of paradise!
We're a bit older now, and we still look back to that trip as one of the special ones of our 43 years together. You folks did a splendid job on the home and the location seems ideal. Is the property zoned for horses????
Good luck to whomever is the fortunate benefactor of this sweepstakes. You life will be forever changed if you've never been there to visit; and with a home like that, if you can afford to keep it, will make you never want to leave. I think it's great you do what you do. I like to think I live in paradise here in Florida; but my heart still holds a soft spot for Utah.
